Hoopdance
Hoopdance is a self-expressive movement art form that involves dancing and doing tricks with one or multiple hula hoops. It's a fun, low-impact, super energizing workout, as well as a stress reducing experience for people of all ages. The days of simply hooping around our waists are over, and have been replaced with dazzling moves on and off the entire body.  

While the concept of traditional hula hooping is familiar, the art of hoopdance is much different than the hula hooping one may have tried as a child. It consists of flashy tricks including jumps, rolls, and tosses while simultaneously dancing to the music having it all flow together for a beautiful, seemingly effortless, exhilarating experience!

Fitness Hooping
The hoops used in these type of classes are larger and heavier to provide a cardiovascular workout while simultaneously toning the entire body. Burn up to 500 calories in ONE hour!
